Category Vision for Pet Care
In-Store Activations
Our client wanted to better understand how consumers connect with their pets and what this meant for the entire category. We spoke to many pet owners and compiled stories for 5 primary growth drivers, that were explored in a workshop between the major pet food retailers and the client.

Preceding the category vision workshop, our client wanted to focus on short-term activations that would create a memorable in-aisle experience.
After a second 3-day immersive session and visiting out-of-category stores, we worked with the client to visually bring the activations to life and developed a retail activation toolkit.*
